Yoga is the practice of combining Body, Mind & Breath. We think everybody can really benefit from doing it. And doing it in our studio overlooking the beautiful ocean is a great place to do it.
We offer a variety of styles through a diverse team of local Yogis, and have classes 7 days a week at a variety of different time slots, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Iyengar.
Booking is essential as the studio has a comfortable limit of 10 students. We provide mats and props, just bring comfortable clothes and are welcome to also make use of the coffee bar and balcony pre or post class. Board & Wetsuit storage is available if you go for a surf before a class.
